"Why I'm Doing great, How about you?" *Bright and excited tone*

"I'm Doing fine Sir. Are you interested in a Home Refinance today?"

"Why yes Sir I am, but I have one question before we get started."

"Certainly Sir, I am here to help you."

"Oh Great! I'm pleased to hear that. *Toneshift* What is my name?"
